Updated: Apr 18 2023SummaryThe most unprofessional logistics company you’d ever find. If any shipment is getting lost or customer receives incorrect items, they won’t help despite sharing CCTV footage.
The manager (Kalpana) has the audacity to put the blame on seller saying you must have sent wrong pieces only despite sharing CCTV of what was sent.
Someone from their team named ( HEMaNT) stated that for every lost shipment, they do provide refund up to 2000/- and they messed us and refunded nothing.
Working with them means, all the losses have to be borne by seller and only seller!PositiveApparently nothing!!
Initially there were no weight discrepancies but now every month with no record of courier company sending the discrepancies.Negative*Minimum recharge starts from 2000/-
