    I really enjoyed using Karma CRM. It is a really helpful tool for sales and marketing team – that's the primary context I've used it in as well.

    Positive

    Karma CRM is a great Customer Relationship Management tool. It is easy to use and is very affordable!

    Negative

    Only con I can think of is that I wish there was a pipeline view for contacts.
