This is for small and medium size of business.
People are taking too long time to manage all unnecessary work everyday, but it can be done less time than now by using Kintone.

Price might be expensive, if you need so many things to change the operation.

We love Kintone and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! I really can't say enough good things about the program and how easy it is to use.

Easy to use and quick to implement. Allows many levels of data tracking! It is super versatile and makes our grant reporting so easy!

It could be costly but for us (a non-profit) it is very reasonably priced! Sometimes support is a bit slow which creates delays in our daily use. Our migration is easy but we had an IT tech internally to assist us with migration so there is a potential issue there but we didn't experience that.

When all the workers get used to using it, it is efficient and more time saving.

I love the platform of the Kintone.

Sometimes it is hard to create new function, but customer support is great.

Some of the function are unclear to use.
I need more easy manual to use the system itself.

After a couple of years of learning and using it, plus a few added customizations, plus making tutorial videos for my coworkers, we are in a great place with Kintone and we really appreciate it, but it did take us time and work to get there.

Kintone is very customizable which means that if somebody in my team asks me if we can do something in Kintone, I am able to say yes almost all of the time. Plus, it's fun to figure out how to most efficiently organize data in Kintone. You are able to create apps which keeps different data separate and organized, for example one app for budgets and another app for meeting notes, but you are also able to connect the data across apps so all of the budget and meeting note data that is in separate apps will link to the same client.

Because it is so customizable, sometimes I'll set up a task or table and then realize that it was not the best way to do it. My coworkers have also called it clunky and hard to adapt into their work flow.

I like it so far.

For the approval process, it makes less paperwork and approval process.

We were doing our case management remotely with Microsoft office products, which was time consuming and challenging when server issues prevented access. Kintone is great! It is easy to use, so customizable, has great features and they are constantly adding more plug ins and connections. We can connect to outside programs and we can move around fields and create apps for pretty much whatever we need. There is great support in setting up apps and learning the ways to develop Kintone to how you want it. We have requested some complicated connections and feature set ups to make our work easier and our Kintone support team has risen to the challenge. Better yet, the functonality is easy enough for a non-tech person to be able to learn how to build apps, add plug-ins and more. No more waiting for an outside tech person to add a field i need now. I can do it! Also, it was wonderful not to have our contacts pressuring us trying to UP-SELL and add on more costs and services. We are a small non-profit without a big budget for the case management system, and thankfully the Kintone team is trying to help us work with our needs while being sensitive to our cost restraints.

There are many different outside programs we use that we can connect (yay), but the cost of getting someone to code the connection is a difficult upfront cost to afford. Had to pick and choose what was most important.

Overall very positive. We have the flexibility to build the system we want and need to meet our changing database needs.

Ability to redesign and alter apps in real time, without needing to have a dedicated development or support team.

Ability to customize and integrate apps to interact with and reference each other easily.

Can be a bit overwhelming at first to learn.

If you don't understand how records are linked via the "Lookup" system, you will easily break the connectedness of multiple records without realizing it while making an edit to another one.

Forget about spreadsheet! You don't even need to know coding. Using Kintone is the easiest way to build a customized reliable and functional database.
