    They are not able to provide a stable and robust product.

    Do not cheat users. They cannot offer a product that is not yet ready for use.

    It brought us more problems than solutions.

    Please don't use it. I don't know how can anyone have a good experience with ngDesk. Nothing works as it should. Every week or day we have a new problem. Also the support is very bad. Most of the problems are open for months. The system is down very often and the end customers are complaining all the time.

    good features for helpdesk and ticketing.
    It has great potential but many flaws.

    The app crashes too often leaving everyone without access.
    The support stops giving answers because they do not know how to solve the problems.
    Users are constantly broken and cannot login again.
    Lots of functionality issues.
