    Leveraging servicePath CPQ has proven to provide a consistent and measurable way for our Global Alliance partners to successfully position Dell Technologies products solutions. The system is embedded into the sales motion growing revenue and mindshare with our partner community and creating “stickiness”. The platform also provides a secure and consistent way to collaborate on sales opportunities generated by the partner while also simplifying complex sales motions that include multi-cloud and hybrid cloud components.

    Internal scale for my organization can be challenging as more and more Alliance partners want to use and customize the servicePath platform.

    servicePath team was fantastic to work with. Very professional, very helpful, great training and consultation on getting up and running in no time. Fantastic product with a fantastic team supporting it.

    Easy to use and setup. Building out my service portfolio of products was quick and easy, efficient. Allows my sales folks to easily quote customers and prospects quickly, seeing the various price points based on the adjustments they can make, from the rules and configurations I put in pace for each product offering. Would have taken me hours using excel, and creating the manual pieces sales would have need to quote. This provided all in an easy to use and efficient platform.

    Some of the UI aspects could be done better, more intuitive in some parts. These were are planned to be address in future releases at the time.

    I can fully recommend Servicepath CPQ because of it's feature set which fits to my needs as well as the company and it's employees which are always very friendly and supporting with fast reaction times.

    You can achieve all configuration and product/process definition without any software development just by customization on CPQ. This make it very simple and easy to implement also very complex product combinations, baskets, workflows and order processes.

    Negative

    Resizing and some adjustments to different (also mobile) browsers can be optimized.

    Quality product with great set of people behind it, constantly evolving with a rich set of beneficial features.

    Positive

    servicePath CPQ+ was built for our industry and is easy to use, a tool that can simplify the complex with no code GUI. The ability to enable product managers with cost modelling, pricing and building guided configurable products is very beneficial. Ultimately to better enable sales.
    The GUI is modern and easy to use which helps with user adoption and new starters.
    The ability for us to improve how we commercially lifecycle manage client solutions was also attractive as this was a painful gap in the business.

    Negative

    Could do with improving the e-signature to CRM system records closure automation.
