Misrepresented product
Date: Jul 10 2021SummaryHorrible, lack of support, a fee for everything, won't train you to use the system, they charge you hourly for their rep to train you. No support WHATSOEVER from headquarters. Said there was no free trial.
PositiveNothing positive about this system, would not give us a free trial. After two weeks we requested our money back and headquarters told us they can't help.
NegativeThey made us pay for the system upfront, would not allow us to test the system. They said it would work anywhere with a cloud based backend. After we set it up. There was no ability to enter infirmary without a rep who you had to pay to upload info. Would not give us login information until week 2, fees for everything and anything. Horrible customer service, horrible system, don't waste your time or your money. After two weeks we gave up on this horrible system and paid for a different system. They refused to give us any of our money back including equipment we paid for, but they never delivered it to us.
