There's very little to dislike here, but I think as the platform is web-based, there's a tendency to have a device-connection issue. However, help from the support team is readily available and responds immediately.

We searched for a webinar platform to do webinars that will provide an easy-to-use management system and customizable branding features, and with Webinar.net, all of our needs were covered. Besides that, we can easily track the sources of attendees and optimize our webinar promotion channels.

Straightforward and convenient webinar platform. Unlike other platforms, it is easy to manage, and the reporting is very accurate. It even has a dashboard to make visualization of webinar efficiency easy to spot.

We can set up webinars quickly and generate reports to determine success and efficiency. Moreover, the platform gives you the power to modify the session in case any technical issues happened during the live webinar, and wants to stream everything in On-demand perfectly.

Needs to configure ports and whitelist IP addresses whenever behind a VPN or using company-issued device.

Overall, Webinar.net is a great tool for hosting webinar events. Plus being a web-based tool that doesn't require a lot of download to be able to use is a great plus!

Webinar.net is a versatile and easy to use webinar platform. I really love the customization it helped customize each session and gives the feel and the look.

I just don't like that I have to keep on testing my event just to make sure that it would work fine. But It's not required, it's just one of the best practice to avoid having issues during the event.

Webinar.net is a simple-to-use software that makes webinar management a snap. Other webinar platforms I've used in the past have such complicated back-end management that even managing a single webinar requires many individuals.

The finest feature of the webinar.net platform is how simple it is to send your presenters a URL to click on to access the platform's back end and prepare to present.

My current gripe with webinar.net is that it does not currently transfer all of my contact information from my online registration platform. It emphasises the importance of first, last, company, and title. We also require the following information: address 1, address 2, city, state, zip, and country. However, I was able to convince my developer to construct some code and an API to handle this, and we now have complete contact information.

Experience with the engagement team is superb! My time is valued. We re-scheduled a few times for the initial meeting and they never seem to rest, they are always a click away. They definitely value the clients.

Aside from a platform that is easy to use, we never encountered any problems during our events. They assign someone in your event to make it flawless. Great support!

Hassle-free scheduler. If anytime we want our events to be live , pre recorded or on demand, webinar.net's platform allows us to do so and this is definitely one of the reasons why we love their platform. Exporting recorded events, reporting and very awesome components like QA and poll are all *necessary* (for us at least) features that webinar.net supports.

We fortunately didn't noticed any glaring issues with the platform.

Features above are the ones we used the most and fell in love with but there are absolutely tons more that we were not able to include in the list. Almost everything is customizable as well. From webcam image to background event, component size and so much more.

So far the experience has been very much a delight for us. Never had a deal breaker issue so far.

Our webinars never looked so good! We were using GoToWebinar but it felt dated. We needed a change and our attendees could not have been happier my switched platforms.

Super easy to use, helpful documentation (if needed) and 24/7 chat support. I needed a feature, support submitted a ticket to engineering and two weeks later followed-up with me saying the feature is live in production.

Was looking for a full Eloqua integration, they only have a webhook, but they say it's coming shortly.

Highly recommend checking out webinar.net as your main platform to online virtual events. They have great integrations and the platform is very versatile.

Very interested to purchase and continue using webinar.net as there's a great feature that could help us on our presentation. It supports RTMP and closed captioning using API Integrations. An overall plus points to our business needs!

They are very approachable. They offer a lot of features so you can try and totally test it. They don't rush things and even give you a chance to access their 24/7 Technical Support.

There are some restrictions when using the platform. Like limitation on browsers but fully understandable since it is a web based software.

The best thing here is that the audience can simultaneously watch the webinar while opening other resources within the interface. No laborious task needed; just register and watch!

I love how Webinar.net is an undemanding platform with lots of components and features. Aside from the on-the-house demo and training, all detailed instruction is collated on the support page, and the customer service is really nifty!
