What is Alerts4Dynamics?

To keep your Dynamics 365 CRM users informed about significant updates, you can create, schedule, and manage alerts directly within the CRM platform. Notifications can be added to individual records or multiple records, ensuring that your Dynamics 365 CRM users receive the necessary information. These notifications have the flexibility to be displayed for as long as needed or can be reactivated when necessary. Users can easily access the notification button from anywhere in the CRM interface, and it is designed to be compatible with all entities. • You can establish various types of alerts, including Announcement, Rule-Based, Record-Based, and Event-Based notifications. • Alerts may appear as Pop-ups or Form Notifications for Dynamics 365 CRM users and can also be dispatched via Email to both CRM users and external customers. • Notifications can be categorized into three types: Information, Warning, or Critical. • Specify the start date for when the notifications should begin appearing and an end date to halt the creation of new alerts. Additionally, you can set the duration for how long a notification remains visible if it is not dismissed by the user. • Alerts can be tailored for specific audiences as well as for dynamic groups based on changing criteria. • Users have the option to choose their preferred method for receiving alerts, whether through Pop-ups or Email Notifications, providing a customizable experience. This ensures that all users can stay updated in the way that best suits their needs.

What is Accengage?

Accengage provides a platform where your support information is consolidated, facilitating efficient notification routing. Before utilizing Accengage for your iOS or Android applications, it's essential to enable the push service (APNs C2D, GCM, or C2D). Should you require help in setting up a new application, feel free to reach out to your Project Manager for assistance. Once your request is validated, the support team will proceed to create the applications you requested. You also have the option to modify your information as needed. Additionally, you can select between a push or sandbox APNs certificate for your iOS applications. To successfully obtain tokens from your app users, you need to input the login credentials provided with your SDK, which include your Private Key and Partner ID. After finalizing your application details, submit it for creation. The status will inform you whether the connection to APN C2DM, or the more recent GCM, has been successfully established. It's important to keep track of this status to ensure seamless functionality and user engagement.
