What is Achieve?

Advisors, faculty, and staff can easily publish their available appointment times directly into either Outlook or Google Calendar. Our advanced two-way calendar synchronization feature allows students to book these appointments in real-time, providing the convenience to schedule from any location, at any time, using a variety of devices. Once an appointment is made, it automatically populates the calendars of the advisors, faculty, or staff, ensuring seamless integration. Kiosks also present an effective solution for both centralized and decentralized student service centers, enabling students to check in for scheduled and drop-in appointments through virtual kiosks, QR code scans, or card swipes. We take pride in offering the leading student-centered queue and case management system tailored for higher education institutions. The intuitive interface allows users to take notes, upload essential documents, and create referrals during appointments conducted in-person, via Zoom, or over the phone. In addition, faculty are empowered to proactively connect with students who may be exhibiting at-risk behaviors through focused progress report campaigns, ensuring that students, their advisors, and the academic support team are quickly made aware of any issues.
