Four years ago, we found ourselves trapped in the same conventional ATS/CRM system that numerous staffing firms used, which ultimately proved to be unproductive as many recruiters and account managers shunned it, despite the significant cost of over $100 per user monthly. In seeking a comprehensive solution to enhance the collaboration between our Front and Back Office, we identified a significant gap in the market; no system was available that could adequately meet our specific needs. We also aimed to reduce the burdensome manual data entry that plagued our Job Order Management and Time Card processes.
