When welcoming new members, you can personalize the message they receive, which may include conversation starters, links to a member directory, or other pertinent details; however, it is also completely acceptable to use our standard message. Typically, new Catchups are configured for two participants, but you have the flexibility to increase the group size to three or four for group introductions via direct messages, rather than individual ones. Furthermore, you can monitor the weekly match percentage and the count of members on hold. To keep engagement high, you have the option to automatically pause members who have not taken part in 2, 3, or 4 consecutive Catchups.
