What is Cable High Voltage?

Electrotechnik has launched the Cabe High Voltage software, designed to simplify and enhance the accuracy of cable-rating calculations. This innovative tool can accommodate a variety of insulation conditions, including those in air, groups in air, direct burial, or in ducts, as well as different bonding arrangements and thermal backfill scenarios. The software features a graphical cable editor that enables users to design custom cables using specifications from data sheets, alongside a rich selection of pre-modelled tables. Users can easily switch between solid and semi-solid bonding arrangements, with options for regular transitions included. Additionally, the transient module provides the functionality to assess both emergency and cyclic ratings for single-core and multicore circuits. The Cabe High Voltage software also encompasses features for calculating short-circuit ratings and magnetic field intensity, ensuring comprehensive analysis capabilities. For added convenience, users can generate detailed directive PDF reports effortlessly. Our team of engineers stands ready to support you at any point in the process, ensuring a seamless experience.
