User interface is sometimes a little buggy. Otherwise not much to say here.

We love how lightweight it is, but yet feature packed. We're backing up all of our devices to Unimus and then doing another versioned backup to Github. Setup is easy, assigning of roles to users is simple. The search function is one of the primary reasons we chose Unimus, it's so easy to search across all your devices when looking for certain configs etc. Their support has been fantastic, along with adding in new and requested features very quickly. The cost is WELL worth it. Very happy we adopted it and have not looked back.

Their docker image had some issues with staying running, so we steered away from it and moved to a native install. After that, no issues and very happy.

Unimus is a solid tool if you want to manage/backup your network configs without hassle. Especially useful for smaller teams or engineers who just want something that works. it’s a smart pick if you deal with network gear.

Unimus is a great software tool, an essential, required for any and all network operators, as well as MSPs. The Unimus Team is superb, they provide prompt support and communication. One of our least problematic essential 'tool'.

Great software, lots of features and does the required job very well. It is a must have for all network operators. Great time saver when the unexpected happens, and also a great time saver for making bulk changes.

There is not much that is not to like! The Unimus team is very open to listening to suggestions and discussing them in detail and incorporating those suggestion.

Overall, we've really enjoyed the Unimus experience thus far. It's a massive shift of gear from what we had with RANCID. And we're starting to reap the benefits from power of automation with mass updates and audits. As we complete a core network refresh, we'll deploy satellite collectors for added scalability and resilience.

Unimus is easy to deploy, easy to use, and feature rich. We initially deployed it to take over from our legacy RANCID config backups. However, progressively we've used it for mass config updates and auditing, and I trust we'll get a lot more value from it yet. Also, the Unimus team have been really supportive and great to work with.

We haven't had any major frustrations with Unimus at this stage.

After five years of daily use, Unimus has proven itself as a dependable, low-maintenance solution for network config management. It’s not too flashy, but it’s powerful and does exactly what it promises. The core features—backups, change tracking, and mass config push—are solid, and the REST API helps fill in the gaps. A few improvements to notifications and UI polish would be welcome, but nothing that’s a dealbreaker. We’re sticking with Unimus for the long haul.

I recommend Unimus to every sys/network admin dealing with multi-vendor environments. It's one of those tools that once you start using it, you wonder how you ever managed without it.

I would absolutely recommend any IT professional to use this product for backing up their network devices. The cost and ease of use is incredible.

Unimus is so easy to install and configure. I add all my network devices to the console, and it backs them up every night without fail. Pretty much set it up and let it work. Cannot be beat for the cost and ease of use.

Unimus will literally build you a driver for anything you need. We have had a couple products built by their teams. The backups have saved us countless times. Super easy upgrade process.

Of course I could wish it was cheaper. BUT, it's still worth every penny.

This is a rare gem in the enterprise software world - it performs one function extremely well. Unimus has been invaluable for managing our sprawling and disparate network estate, particularly with regard to deploying new configs, auditing and sanitising existing configs, change tracking, and ensuring business continuity. Overall Unimus represents the highest ratio of functionality-to-cost of any of our tooling.

Simple yet powerful software written for a specific function by people who really understand what it is that customers need. Unimus provided an extremely quick, easy, and cost-effective way for us to implement a vital business function. "It Just Works" is an entirely appropriate description and it hasn't given us a spot of trouble in the years we've been using it. The developers are extremely responsive to support requests, suggestions, and feature requests.

The only downside I can possibly think of is that it default sorts my device list in reverse alphabetical order (but there's a chance that's been fixed now, I'm not even on the latest version)

Under the master device list, it would be great to be able to filter by existing tags. Also, it would be even better if the list can be filtered using multiple parameters, such as matching string within address and vendor, etc.

It's a pity that SAML or OIDC authentication is not yet available. It's the only thing that I'm missing.
