What is CloudView NMS?

CloudView serves as a comprehensive, standards-compliant monitoring and network management system (NMS) that can seamlessly identify, oversee, and execute various operations across devices from any vendor utilizing SNMP/TCP/IP protocols. It offers a unified geographic and logical representation of your network, which can encompass thousands of IP nodes, along with essential features for configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Supporting full FCAPS capabilities in line with TMN standards, CloudView is suitable for deployment in both enterprise and service provider networks, ensuring carrier-grade reliability and secure access via SSL/HTTPS for multiple users or operators with diverse profiles. The system is equipped with a range of functionalities, including network management, server oversight, monitoring of applications and IoT devices, SCADA systems supervision, automation of network operations, and website surveillance, among others. Additionally, CloudView NMS is designed to scale effortlessly to accommodate networks of any size and is compatible with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and Raspberry Pi, offering both agent-less and agent-based modes for server management. This versatility makes it an ideal choice for organizations seeking robust network monitoring solutions.

What is CloudStats?

Continuously oversee all resources associated with dedicated or cloud servers for both Linux and Windows systems. You can also keep an eye on URLs, monitor SSL expiration dates, and get notified if any problems occur. Utilizing CloudStats enables you to back up your servers to either Amazon S3 or local storage solutions. This tool helps you pinpoint which processes are consuming server resources. You can also grant access to relevant statistics to your system administrators and co-founders by assigning them the necessary permissions. Customize alert settings to suit your needs and ensure they reach the appropriate team members. CloudStats acts as a thorough website and server monitoring tool for both Linux and Windows environments. It functions by deploying an agent on your server, which gathers and sends data to the monitoring platform every minute, thereby providing a consistent flow of information. The agent forms a secure SSL connection for safe data transmission, necessitating the opening of ports 443 and 80 to ensure effective operation. Port 443 is used for data transfer, while port 80 is responsible for sending pings and keep-alive signals, which maintain ongoing communication. This configuration not only allows for proactive management but also enables quick responses to potential issues, thus significantly improving overall server reliability. Furthermore, regular updates from the monitoring platform help you stay informed about any changes or anomalies that may affect performance.
