ARGOS Identity helps compliance and operations teams verify people and review documents with two products: ARGOS ID Check and ARGOS Omni. With ARGOS ID Check, users verify themselves in a hosted flow: they capture their ID, take a selfie and pass a liveness check, and the result arrives as approved, rejected or pending. Behind it, ID Check reads 4,000+ ID document types from 200+ countries, checks the ID for forgery, matches the face to the ID photo, screens users against sanctions and PEP lists and keeps monitoring them. Your team sets the approval thresholds and custom policy rules, and cases that need judgment go to reviewers as pending. With ARGOS Omni, a Review Ops Agent, reviewers write their criteria in plain language. Omni turns them into a playbook and reviews each case the way the team would: it checks that the required documents are there, extracts and compares the data, screens names against AML watchlists, and returns verified, rejected or pending_review with the reason and evidence for every decision. Teams use it for business customer onboarding (KYB), vendor onboarding, corporate telecom subscription review and insurance claims. Pricing is usage-based and quoted by sales.

Access privileges and their corresponding credentials play a crucial role in safeguarding an organization's sensitive information. The nature of this sensitive data can differ widely depending on the sector; for instance, healthcare entities manage extensive patient records, while banks oversee financial and customer information. It is vital to secure access to these privileged accounts, as they are frequently unmanaged and scattered throughout the organization. A comprehensive Privileged Access Management solution, such as Securden Unified PAM, is essential for gathering all privileged identities and accounts into a centralized vault, simplifying management. By limiting access to these accounts and applying the Just-in-time access principle, organizations can enhance security. Users can initiate remote connections to authorized IT resources with a single click, while monitoring and managing these sessions for users, third-party vendors, and IT administrators through shadowing capabilities. Additionally, organizations should eliminate local admin rights on endpoints and implement application control policies to effectively uphold a Zero-Trust approach without hindering productivity. Furthermore, it is important to record and monitor all activities with thorough audit trails and actionable reports to maintain compliance with industry regulations, ultimately ensuring the protection of sensitive information.

Password reset tickets are a common issue that troubles both IT teams and end users alike. To maintain productivity, IT departments often prioritize more critical tasks, pushing less urgent issues, such as password resets, further down the queue. If not handled swiftly, password reset tickets can lead to significant costs for organizations. Research indicates that nearly 30 percent of all help desk inquiries stem from forgotten passwords. Large enterprises have reportedly invested over $1 million to manage and resolve issues related to password resets. Regularly updating passwords is a valuable practice that can mitigate the risk of cyberattacks stemming from compromised credentials. To bolster security, experts advise that administrators implement policies mandating regular password changes and establish expiration timelines for passwords. By doing so, organizations can enhance their overall security posture while minimizing the burden on their IT teams.
