What is Cratio CRM?

Additionally, forwarding portal leads to the CRM guarantees accurate mapping of lead data onto the lead screen within the application. Leads can also be distributed automatically to the sales team based on their original source, ensuring that assigned users are promptly notified via Email or SMS. Users have the ability to monitor lead histories, which includes status updates and a comprehensive timeline that reveals aging concerns.
