What is Dozuki?

Dozuki serves as a standardized work instruction platform that enables manufacturers to create consistent processes aimed at enhancing ongoing improvement and training initiatives. Authorized standards can be rapidly disseminated across various locations, shifts, or teams. Furthermore, it allows for monitoring the proficiency of employees who have undergone training based on these established standards. Real-time data access helps in pinpointing and addressing issues, minimizing rework, and recognizing areas for enhancement. Additionally, it is essential to collect insights within the procedures to preserve important tribal knowledge while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What is Brytebuild?

Brytebuild replaces the spreadsheets and whiteboards that most small manufacturers still run on, and it does it without forcing you to buy a separate quality system. Take an order, explode the bill of materials, see what to buy and when, schedule the work against real machine capacity, run it on the floor, despatch it and invoice it. The invoice and the cost of goods sold land in the Xero or Sage account you already use, so nothing is keyed twice. When a customer rings to ask where their order is, you send them a link. No login, no password to reset. They see the live build stage and the estimated ready date themselves. When an auditor asks you to trace a batch, the answer takes seconds rather than an afternoon, because every serial number knows which supplier lot it came from and which customer it went to. Built in the UK, priced in pounds, minimum two users, with cheaper execute-only seats so the whole workshop can be on the system.

MRP

Brytebuild serves as a manufacturing resource planning (MRP) solution tailored specifically for UK-based make-to-order manufacturers with small teams ranging from 5 to 25 employees. Unlike typical offerings, Brytebuild integrates a comprehensive quality management system directly within its platform rather than as a separate module. The software features an advanced engine that breaks down multi-level bills of materials, balances demand with available stock, current work in progress, and outstanding purchase orders, providing timely recommendations on production and procurement needs. Its scheduling functionality is designed for finite capacity, allowing work orders to be organized through work centers based on actual daily hours. The intuitive drag-and-drop Gantt chart ensures that machines are not double-booked. What sets Brytebuild apart from other options in the market are two key features. Customers can track their order status through a shared link, eliminating the need for a login. Additionally, the quality management aspect is seamlessly integrated, encompassing inspection plans, handling non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), calibration, document control, internal audits, and management reviews. Pricing starts at £45 per user per month, with a minimum of two users required, and includes cost-effective execute-only shop-floor seats. A 14-day free trial is available without the need for a credit card.

Warehouse Management

Brytebuild's warehouse management system operates with the same data set as its Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ensuring that inventory, production, and shipping are consistently aligned without discrepancies between separate systems. All stock movements are recorded in a sequential ledger that tracks details down to the container and barcode level, enabling a clear audit trail of each location's history rather than relying on estimated balances. The system incorporates allocation and reservation features, which prevent committed inventory from appearing in the available stock count, and supports multiple warehouses with specific minimum stock levels for each location. The processes of picking, packing, and shipping are treated as structured workflows, utilizing First Expired, First Out (FEFO) allocation when shelf life is critical. When goods are received, the system logs the supplier's lot number, facilitating effective two-way traceability later on. One standout feature is the 3D warehouse designer, which allows users to create and visualize the layout of racking, aisles, and loading docks on a comprehensive floor plan, and then toggle between this model and a real-time operations perspective. Available as a £19 monthly add-on per full user, this feature does not apply to shop-floor seats. The system is developed in the UK, priced in pounds, and offers a 14-day free trial for new users.
