What is EU Cyber Resilience Reporter OS?

The EU Cyber Resilience Reporter is a comprehensive compliance tool specifically designed to meet the demands of European cyber and data protection regulations. It encompasses a wide range of frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, CRA, GDPR security articles (Articles 32-35), and the EU AI Act, along with ISO 27001:2022 and NIST CSF 2.0, all integrated within a unified control framework that allows users to implement a control once and simultaneously determine which requirements are satisfied across various regulations. Unlike conventional cloud-based governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms, this solution emphasizes local data management. All data is securely encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored directly on the user's device, functioning completely offline, even in air-gapped environments, with reference data available as downloadable packages to ensure that no information is transmitted online. This architecture negates the need for a vendor-specific data processing agreement, lessens the risks from potential cloud vulnerabilities, and diminishes the requirement for third-party risk evaluations related to compliance tools. Additional functionalities include entity classification, incident tracking that aligns with the reporting timelines of each regulation, the ability to create authority-ready PDF and XML reports, efficient evidence management, and the option to import SBOM for CRA adherence. Supporting 34 languages, it is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux, making it a versatile choice for a wide array of users and organizations. Furthermore, its focus on data privacy and security offers peace of mind for businesses navigating the complexities of compliance in a digital landscape.

What is CYBORA?

CYBORA functions as an all-encompassing Cyber Risk Resilience platform that perpetually connects every recognized risk to the active systems and controls that manage it, guaranteeing that exposure is monitored continuously instead of being assessed merely once a year. Every risk is allocated an owner, along with treatment strategies, appetite thresholds, and is represented visually on a 5x5 matrix, with control mapping that aligns with standards like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, CIS v8, DORA, and NIS2. The platform also examines third-party risks through 34 deterministic rules, including specifications outlined in DORA Article 28 regarding concentration exposure. Furthermore, assets and AI models are meticulously registered and categorized to meet the risk criteria set forth by the EU AI Act. The detection mechanism seamlessly integrates with the risk register by employing OSINT and darknet monitoring, tracking of Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), and managing security operations center (SOC) incidents, all while incorporating the MITRE ATT&CK framework and providing SIEM exports to systems like Splunk, Elastic, and Sentinel. To bolster effective risk management, the platform encompasses business impact analyses, continuity planning, and a dynamic crisis workspace, thereby ensuring a complete feedback loop is maintained. Operational from Lithuania, the UK, and the US, this service offers a private tenant setup secured with dual 256-bit encryption keys, alongside options for self-hosting and support for over 20 languages. Such flexibility and security make CYBORA an indispensable asset for organizations striving to elevate their cybersecurity defenses while adapting to the ever-evolving threat landscape.
