Edgefinity IoT is an enterprise RFID and real-time tracking platform that helps organizations gain greater visibility into the people, products, assets, and processes moving throughout their operations. By connecting RFID readers, sensors, and other IoT devices, Edgefinity IoT automatically captures critical data and transforms it into real-time operational insight.
Organizations can track inventory, assets, tools, equipment, work-in-process, and personnel while using configurable rules, alerts, facility maps, and reporting to automate workflows and respond quickly to important events. From inventory and asset tracking to manufacturing visibility, order verification, safety, and mustering, Edgefinity IoT supports a wide range of RFID applications from a single platform.
With a hardware-agnostic architecture and cloud or on-premise deployment options, Edgefinity IoT can grow from a targeted RFID deployment into a scalable, enterprise-wide visibility platform.
What is Be Safe?
Organizations use Be Safe - Work Alone Monitoring to standardize how lone, remote, mobile, after-hours, and higher-risk workers are checked on and supported. The platform combines configurable check-in schedules, shift-based GPS visibility, panic and missed-check-in alerts, documented escalation workflows, dashboards, audit-ready reports, and 24/7 human monitoring included. Supervisors can review worker status, exceptions, location history, and escalation activity while workers complete check-ins from supported mobile devices. Where configured, compatible satellite-connected devices can support work beyond cellular coverage; separate hardware, connectivity, and service may be required. Supported gas detectors, including paired RKI GX-3R Pro workflows, can connect through smartphones where use of a non-intrinsically-safe phone is permitted. Suitability for hazardous locations depends on the complete device configuration and site requirements. Monitoring personnel follow the organization's approved escalation process; Be Safe does not provide responders or guarantee regulatory compliance.
