What is Apex Workplace Solutions?
A dedicated online platform focused on the prevention of sexual harassment provides crucial training to help organizations comply with California's AB 1825 Law. Organizations with 50 or more employees are required to ensure that all supervisors complete Sexual Harassment Prevention training every two years. Additionally, as of January 1, 2021, companies with a minimum of five employees must offer training to both supervisory and non-supervisory staff within six months of their hiring, as mandated by SB 1343.
