A study conducted by researchers from the University of Kansas's School of Social Welfare aimed to evaluate the effects of the Enhanced Child Placement (ECAP) program on the outcomes for children and their families. This assessment utilized a pre/post analysis to compare placements facilitated by ECAP with those that occurred without its support.
