What is Harmonic Aristotle?

Aristotle is an AI-powered formal verification platform developed by Harmonic to help engineering teams verify software, hardware, and mathematical reasoning using machine-checked proofs. The platform combines advanced artificial intelligence reasoning with formal methods to determine whether specified system properties hold across all possible inputs under defined assumptions. Its automated specification capabilities analyze source code and propose correctness, safety, and behavioral properties that engineers may want to verify. Users can describe expected behavior in natural language, allowing the platform to translate requirements into formal verification tasks without requiring extensive expertise in theorem proving. Aristotle currently supports C programming and Verilog hardware description languages, with additional language support planned. For C software, the platform can verify functional requirements and identify certain forms of undefined behavior, including memory safety problems under specified conditions. For Verilog designs, Aristotle analyzes register-transfer-level logic and verifies safety, liveness, control-path behavior, and mathematical data-path properties. When a property fails, the software produces a reproducible counterexample that helps developers understand the conditions responsible for the failure. Each verification report identifies properties that were proved, refuted, or left unresolved, along with the assumptions and scope of the associated proofs. Aristotle also supports code repair and optimization workflows, allowing engineers to modify implementations and verify that the resulting code continues to satisfy established specifications. The platform can be incorporated into continuous integration pipelines and deployed through hosted services, private clouds, or on-premises infrastructure, with consumption-based pricing and enterprise support options.

What is Devirt?

Devirt (devirt.re) is a binary devirtualization and reverse engineering service for security researchers and malware analysts. Devirt gives teams readable code back from binaries that a virtual-machine protector such as VMProtect or Themida has made unreadable. In a virtualized function the original instructions are gone and a private interpreter runs bytecode in their place, so disassemblers and AI agents can only describe the interpreter. Devirt reconstructs that machine and returns the protected functions as native-shaped code, each checked against the original before delivery. Who uses it: malware analysts working through protected samples, vulnerability researchers, software owners auditing their own protected releases, interoperability and supply-chain security teams, trust and safety teams, and consultancies that delegate recovery and keep the investigation. What you receive: an IDA database, annotated pseudocode, a written report, LLVM IR or structured JSON. Each delivery includes a coverage ledger marking every function proven, runtime-dependent, unresolved or permanently bounded, so you know which results to rely on. How buying works: a free browser check reads a file's format and protection indicators on your own device without uploading it. A free feasibility assessment reviews your exact binary and recommends scope, outputs and price; you approve a written offer before paid work starts. Packages run from free Community Triage and Triage Plus to General Analysis and Protected Recovery Lite, Full and Deep, with monthly plans and an Enterprise pilot for ongoing work and no automatic overage charges. Data handling: each file is processed in isolation and never used for model training; inputs are deleted after delivery and signed download links expire within 24 hours. Integration: REST API with webhooks, plus a read-only MCP connector for REA and other MCP agents. Devirt accepts only software customers own or are authorized to analyze.
