These UltraServers are available in two configurations: the "Gen1," which consists of 64 Trainium3 chips, and the more advanced "Gen2," which can accommodate up to 144 Trainium3 chips per server. The Gen2 model is particularly remarkable, achieving an extraordinary 362 petaFLOPS of dense MXFP8 compute power, complemented by 20 TB of HBM memory and a staggering 706 TB/s of total memory bandwidth, making it one of the most formidable AI computing solutions on the market.
