What is Flaree?
Flaree is an employee recognition platform engineered for teams of 50–400, not retrofitted from enterprise software. Its differentiators: it is web-first with optional Slack rather than Slack-only, so every employee is reachable through web and native iOS/Android apps; recognition cards map to company values by default instead of generic kudos; and it offers a permanent Free Forever plan plus a no-card 90-day trial, where many competitors are demo- or paid-only. Teams get values-aligned cards, points and leaderboards, achievement badges, automated birthday and anniversary flows, department rankings, an AI HR Assistant, and integrations via REST API, Zapier and Make.com.
