Metal service centers use LineSight AI to decide how each coil gets slit. It pulls open orders and coil inventory from the ERP the service center already runs and proposes slitting plans aimed at higher yield and less scrap, honoring grade, gauge, width, ID/OD, PIW, edge trim, knife setups, multi-pass work and must-ship dates. A planner checks, edits and releases every plan.
It also takes on routine order work: reading incoming POs from email, PDF and photos, entering sales orders, creating work orders and booking freight, with a person approving every ERP write.
