In addition, traditional OCR technologies have often fallen short in providing the necessary accuracy for efficient straight-through processing, particularly when handling handwritten, unstructured, or low-quality documents, highlighting the critical need for such a platform. Since 2002, we have actively participated in clinical trials and gathered Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) data for global studies, a challenging task especially when we had to deploy on Palm Pilots during those early years. Throughout this journey, we gained numerous insights that continue to inform our practices today. To ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), we urgently needed a system to train, track, and document adherence and compliance for doctors, patients, and site staff, all while also focusing on onboarding and retaining our rapidly expanding teams. Traditional face-to-face training proved to be both expensive and time-consuming, making it difficult to maintain accurate training records. We faced the challenge of finding a 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA compliant Learning Management System (LMS) that was user-friendly and mobile-compatible; such a solution simply did not exist at that time. In response, we began developing our platform in 2013, and by 2015, we were already receiving recognition for our innovations. Our platform continues to evolve, and we are now witnessing our clients implement remarkable Augmented Reality and AI-driven training programs that turn previously unattainable goals into reality, demonstrating the profound impact of our advancements in this field. This evolution has positioned us at the forefront of training technology in the clinical trial industry.
