What is MuchSkills?
MuchSkills is the skills intelligence platform for organisations that have to staff work, develop people and prove competence, and cannot do any of it from job titles alone.
It brings skills, certifications, languages, tools and availability into a single structure, built from employee profiles and from the HR and learning systems already in place. Leaders use it to see capability gaps by role, team or department before they turn into a delivery problem, to direct training budget at gaps that have been measured rather than guessed, and to see which knowledge is about to leave through turnover or retirement.
Delivery and resourcing teams use it to fill a project by searching skills, certifications and real availability together, to watch bench time and roll-off, and to produce proposal-ready CVs from the same data. Compliance teams use it to hold every certificate with its evidence, expiry reminders and a complete change history, which is what auditors ask to see.
Adoption comes from the employee side: people keep their own profile, see how they fit other roles, and set their own development goals. The design won a Red Dot Award, and MuchSkills is a Major Contender in the Everest Group PEAK Matrix for 2025 and 2026.
