ManageEngine Endpoint Central is an enterprise-grade unified endpoint management and security solution that helps IT teams manage, secure, and support every device across their organization from a single centralized console. Endpoint Central provides the tools, automation, and intelligence needed to keep every endpoint secure, compliant, and productive. At its core, Endpoint Central automates the most time-consuming aspects of endpoint administration. Patch management covers Windows, macOS, Linux, and 1,000+ third-party applications with automated deployment policies, test-and-approve workflows, and rollback capabilities. Software deployment enables IT teams to install, update, and remove applications across thousands of endpoints simultaneously, while OS imaging workflows standardize device configurations for faster, consistent onboarding. On the security side, vulnerability assessment continuously prioritizes endpoint weaknesses using AI-powered risk scoring. Application control enforces a default-deny approach, blocking unauthorized software before execution. EDR delivers continuous behavioral monitoring and incident response, while NGAV neutralizes malware and ransomware before they cause damage. Device control, privilege management, browser security, and BitLocker and FileVault encryption complete the security stack. Remote support is built in no third-party tools required. IT technicians connect instantly to Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints for real-time troubleshooting and diagnostics. Integrated MDM extends management to iOS and Android devices. DEX monitoring provides visibility into device performance and application reliability enabling IT teams to resolve issues before employees raise a ticket. Available as cloud or on-premises across five editions.

Most MSPs and internal IT teams are stitching together four to six separate tools just to keep operations running - a PSA here, an RMM there, plus separate helpdesk, MDM, asset tracking, network monitoring, and documentation tools. SuperOps takes a different approach: everything lives on one platform, built on a single shared data layer from the ground up. That shared architecture isn't just a convenience - it's what makes SuperOps' AI actually useful. Monica AI wasn't bolted on afterward; it was built alongside the platform, which means it has full context across tickets, assets, and workflows. In practice, that looks like automatic ticket triage, proactive patch and CVE risk alerts, auto-generated worklogs, smart KB article suggestions, and a growing set of workflows that run autonomously without a technician touching them. On the compatibility side, SuperOps covers the full device landscape — Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, iPadOS, and Android — and plugs into the tools IT teams already run, including Slack, Teams, Azure AD, Okta, QuickBooks, Xero, Bitdefender, and SentinelOne. Remote access is included out of the box too, with both Splashtop and ISL Online bundled at no extra cost. Add in transparent, predictable pricing, quick time-to-deploy, and a product team that's still founder-led and shipping fast - and it's a platform built for teams that want to stop managing tools and start managing outcomes.
