What is ONEPREDICT?

In merely one week after being set up, the system is capable of detecting both electrical (stator and rotor) and mechanical (bearing and shaft) problems in motors. The cutting-edge Guardione® sensors are cleverly positioned inside the motor control cabinet instead of being attached directly to the motors, thus removing limitations associated with the motors' size or placement for installation. As a result, this configuration permits ongoing and thorough surveillance not just of a few faulty motors, but of an entire fleet that may encompass thousands of motors, guaranteeing peak performance and reliability. This advanced monitoring capability enables operators to keep a constant watch over their equipment at any time and from anywhere, which enhances operational efficiency. The flexibility of the system also facilitates rapid response to emerging issues, ultimately leading to reduced downtime and maintenance costs.

What is MotorGraph?

TRL has developed MotorGraph to provide managers and operators with timely and relevant insights about the network. To optimize the management of the road network, technologies like the Motorway Incident Detection and Automatic Signalling (MIDAS) system and Managed Motorways are implemented. MotorGraph serves as a vital tool that assesses the performance of these systems. It presents graphical data for all key motorway sections across England equipped with traffic detection and signage capabilities. This unique platform consolidates real-time and historical data into a unified interface, allowing users to effortlessly access and analyze information about all systems operating on monitored motorways. By offering both real-time and archived data, MotorGraph allows licensed users to assess and monitor the effectiveness of motorway control systems, track live and past traffic patterns, refine traffic management approaches, and identify the causes and sources of congestion. Additionally, its extensive datasets support more informed decision-making, leading to enhanced traffic flow throughout the network. As a result, MotorGraph not only aids in immediate traffic management but also contributes to long-term improvements in road network efficiency.

What is Ansys Motor-CAD?

Ansys MotorCAD serves as a specialized tool tailored for the design of electric machines. It enables rapid simulations of multiphysics throughout the complete torque-speed operating spectrum. With MotorCAD, engineers can assess various motor topologies within this full range, leading to designs that are fine-tuned for size, efficiency, and overall performance. The software comprises four modules—Emag, Therm Lab, and Mech—facilitating swift and iterative multiphysics calculations, thereby allowing users to transition from initial concepts to final designs more expeditiously. Moreover, MotorCAD empowers users to investigate a wider array of motor topologies and thoroughly analyze the effects of advanced losses during the preliminary phases of electromechanical design, aided by its efficient data input system. The latest update introduces robust new features aimed at optimizing design, enhancing multi-physics analysis, and improving system modeling for electric motors. Additionally, the speed of multiphysics simulations across the entire torque-speed spectrum ensures that engineers can make informed decisions quickly. In summary, MotorCAD significantly accelerates the design process while providing comprehensive analytical capabilities.

What is ARNIE?

ARNIE stands out as a robust platform designed for the effective management of motor claims, streamlining the claims process by establishing seamless connections between individuals and systems for easier handling. Claims handlers gain from ARNIE's timely and precise information, while assessors take advantage of its mobile functionalities to conduct vehicle inspections with ease. Moreover, repairers find ARNIE essential for working alongside insurers to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently. We are excited to be creating intuitive AI and machine learning solutions and are dedicated to offering the necessary support for integrating these technologies into your operational and technological structures. Our belief is that small, incremental improvements can lead to significant changes in the motor claims industry, but we remain ambitious, convinced that the advancements we envision are not as far off as they might appear. Additionally, our dedication to innovation propels us to constantly explore new methods to enhance the overall experience for everyone engaged in the claims process, ensuring that all parties find value in this evolving landscape.
