What is Open edX?

Open edX provides a production-proven, open-source learning platform trusted by 140 million learners worldwide. Created by Harvard and MIT and governed by the nonprofit Axim Collaborative, it serves universities, enterprises, government agencies, and international organizations across 196 countries. The platform handles everything from small training programs to massive open online courses with no licensing fees. Organizations retain full ownership of learner data and configurations, making it well suited for those with strict data governance or GDPR requirements. It includes a built-in authoring tool (Studio), extensible content architecture (XBlocks), native mobile apps, real-time analytics, eCommerce, and enterprise integrations through LTI 1.3, SCORM, xAPI, SSO via SAML/OAuth, and REST APIs. The project delivers two major named releases annually. The latest is Verawood (June 2026), the 22nd community release. A network of verified service providers across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and more offers hosting, implementation, and support through the Open edX Marketplace.

What is Djangojobs.Net?

Djangojobs.Net is recognized as the leading job board dedicated exclusively to Python and Django positions, featuring tools such as resume searches, screening questions, and a streamlined applicant tracking system. The core objective of this platform is to bridge the gap between Django developers and companies in need of their specialized skills. Although our primary focus is on businesses within EU member countries and the United States, we also accept job listings from around the world, expanding opportunities for both employers and job seekers. Since its establishment in 2012, we have become an integral part of the Python Django community, continuously monitoring trends and advancements in the field. This ongoing scrutiny enables us to adapt and improve Djangojobs.Net, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our users effectively. We are committed to providing a hassle-free job posting experience, which is evident in our intuitive design that simplifies the process into three easy steps: register, post, and checkout. This straightforward method not only streamlines the hiring process but also enhances the likelihood of employers finding the ideal candidates for their roles. Moreover, our dedication to user experience ensures that both job seekers and hiring companies can navigate the platform with ease and efficiency.
