What is Paccurate?
Paccurate is the Packing Control System (PCS) for high-volume shippers. Powered by cost-aware cartonization, Paccurate helps brands, 3PLs, and distributors improve volume utilization, reduce shipping costs, and cut material waste. Our platform evaluates carrier rates, packaging constraints, and operational rules to determine the most cost-effective way to pack every order.
Shippers rely on Paccurate to run more efficient and consistent fulfillment operations, whether packing manually or through automated systems. Our goal is to ensure every order is perfectly packed.
What is EngView Suite?
The EngView Package & Display Designer Suite provides advanced CAD/CAM functionalities for creating both 2D and 3D designs of packaging solutions and point-of-purchase displays, making use of materials such as folding cartons, corrugated boards, and rigid boards. Moreover, the Dieboard Calculator acts as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that allows Diemakers to produce automatic cost estimates for their sideboard designs, thus simplifying the workflow significantly. Additionally, Caliper is a user-friendly mobile app that tracks measurements from digital calipers, micrometers, and other manual tools, ensuring that all data is securely stored in the cloud for convenient access. In addition, the Scan Fit and Measure tool is designed as an offline 2D system that automates the measurement and inspection of profile geometries, particularly for sectors such as aluminum, plastic, and medical tube extrusion. To top it off, ALEX Tool Matching is an innovative software application that enhances inventory management for aluminum extruders, enabling them to conserve time and resources through the reuse of previously used backers and boisters. This comprehensive suite of tools demonstrates the significant role of technology in improving efficiency and precision across various manufacturing processes, ultimately leading to better productivity and reduced costs.
