As a result, the Data.com Connect service has been officially discontinued. The contact information sourced from Data.com Connect will now only be utilized to maintain the Data.com Clean and Prospector products for Salesforce until they reach their conclusion, which is expected sometime in 2020. After the Data.com lifecycle ends, Salesforce may opt to archive the contact database, ensuring that valuable insights are preserved. This shift represents a significant milestone in our ongoing dedication to enhancing our data integration capabilities, paving the way for more innovative solutions in the future.
