InStaff does not create paystubs; instead, it utilizes the paystubs generated by your existing payroll system. Simply upload the PDF from your payroll processing, and InStaff will automatically organize, divide, and distribute each stub to the correct employee without altering the original document created by your payroll software. Employees can access their complete payment history and tax documents at any time, from any web browser, eliminating the need for reprint requests that typically burden the payroll department each pay cycle. The default retention period for these records is seven years. InStaff is compatible with any payroll system that produces PDF paystubs, including but not limited to Sage 300, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 50, Sage 100, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Deltek Costpoint, Foundation, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. If your payroll system isn’t listed but generates PDF paystubs, it is likely still compatible. There’s no need to change your payroll processing, and there’s no requirement for manual data entry into another system.
