All rental transactions are captured in the General Ledger through a single operation. Payments can be easily recorded by choosing either the tenant's name or the unit itself. The system offers immediate insights into the Percent of Month to Date collections with each processed payment. Generating court documentation for unpaid rents is as simple as a single click. An all-encompassing summary of outstanding balances can be obtained with one action, while individual statements require just two clicks to access. Managing multiple properties owned by various individuals is simplified thanks to the specific commission statements created for each owner. Moreover, it proficiently tracks former tenants who have vacated and have outstanding judgments.
