It helps solve late payments, missed communications, tenant accounts, and overall building management issues. Texting for fast communication and integration with leasing software are big benefits.
PositiveI really find texting to be huge, as it allows for seamless and fast communication with all of our tenants in the building, as well as other properties. Rent Manager provides clear oversight to those in management about what's going on with tenants and prospects, which means anyone can pick up where someone left off with full clarity. The ability to integrate with our leasing software is essential. The UI and graphical aspect of Rent Manager is easier to grasp and more straightforward than Yardi. The initial setup was also very easy.
NegativeThe inability to filter for some basic things is definitely a disadvantage; there are a million search parameters however, some basic ones are left missing. When dealing with 1000+ prospects and bulk data. Things like, the ability to filter out by who has paid the application fees, would be one of the few off the top of my head.
