I haven't had any issues that couldn't be solved by reaching out to support. Also having the Rent Manager University as a learning tool was great.

The absolute shining stars with Rent Manager are the support staff. There are a lot of configurations associated with the software so being able to get on the phone with knowledgeable support has been a life saver as well as the help button.

It took some getting used to but now that I am, there's so much I can do within it.

Our company is looking forward to utilizing all that Rent Manager has to offer for our daily operations!

Dyan was very knowledgable & responsive throughout our implementation process! Rent Manager seems to have features for just about everything from accounting to tenant relations.

It is a lengthy process to become fully operational from start to finish.

Rent Manager is so easy to use that I pretty much figured out the basics in a few days without any training. The best part about it is that it has so many features and quality of life improvements that are always being updated. It's not only easy to use, but easy to teach for incoming employees. And most of all, if you have questions or pain points in using the software, the support teams are always available to help.

I always rave to new employees that I train that Rent Manager is super easy to use and to learn and the feedback I get from seasoned employees confirms that. There is so much customization, as well! And the support teams are all amazing.

The only things that I don't like about Rent Manager are that sometimes the integrations with other softwares are hard to get set up. I also don't love the maintenance turn process set up. I think it needs to be a bit easier to use.

Staff is very nice to work with. I never have any issues when reaching out to support. I would recommend Rent Manager.

Michael was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped guide me through the software.

Training times book quickly. Try to book as soon as you can.

I am glad we made the switch. The only complaint would be how long the switch took from our old system. Because of the length of time for training, we had to double pay for software because we had to keep our old system during training.

We made the switch primarily for the project management aspect and ability to create project budgets that could be seen from our many locations. I especially liked the auto-allocations of rent payments. The report writer option is great, so that I can customize the reports I need.

The limitations on how quickly we could get through implementation. I felt like it was hard to really get started because I had to wait a week before getting to have my next training session. If I wanted assistance in between sessions, I had to email my implementation specialist and wasn't allowed to call the support line.

Great overall experience during implementation. Michael Cobb was incredibly helpful. We had lots of unique problems that he helped solve with ease. He also submitted several service issues and feature requests on our behalf.

Has all the accounting features you could want. You can even take care of accounting for management companies by setting up an additional "property." The integration of Zego's ePay feature automatically accounts for online payments, drastically reducing the time it would normally take to manually deposit checks in the bank and "deposit" them in Rent Manager.

We own a campground with MTM tenants who all show up on different days of the month, staying for various lengths of time. This software will only post recurring charges once a month, insteading of posting each charge on the day it's due. Likewise, it would be a nightmare to set up late fees and Accounts Receivable automations based on different due days; you would need a separate automation for every day of the month for each task. To circumvent this problem, we have to adjust all of the tenants to the same rent due date and prorate rent at both move-in and move-out. Unique situation that probably wont apply to most customers, but turned out to be a headache for me.

I am pleased with the software. I run two different types of businesses through rent manager and have been able to get Rent Manager to do what I need for each type of business. Happy with the product.

I love that the software has everything you could ever need built right into it. From tenant tracking to full accounting features and so much more.

Software has so many options in it, it is hard to maneuver and find or do what you need.

I enjoy the tech support. They answer smiling and are up spirited through the call. Every time my need is met.

I love the software, tech support, and some of the newly discovered toys such as the letter writer with triggers, makes life easier.

I have yet to find anything about the software I don't like.

Overall for what is offered and what Rent Manager is capable of I think it is a great software that all property managers should consider utilizing.

The user interface is very friendly and the information available or that can be generated is quite expansive.

The lack of integrating recurring reminders or setting future task is a little bit lackluster.

Whomever created this program needs a prize! Thanks for a program that even an elderly person can understand and navigate. I love all of it!

A functional program that suits the needs of our company and if we run into a problem we can call the techs and they help so much. The record keeping from this program is great and after learned, the program can be navigated with ease.

Thoroughly enjoy this system and would recommend to others. I have begun deploying it to tenants and it is nice to see it work from implementation to execution.

Options to customize reports and look around at usage is excellent. Very easy to self navigate as a new user.

At times too many options and ribbons are too cluttered.

If you don't attend the user conference you are doing yourself a disservice!
I am not a huge fan of Express but I am using it part of the time and trying to learn the differences. I am sure it will work out.

The automation and integration provided by Rent Manager is excellent. Its how we can manage in excess of 500 doors with 3 people. I would recommend it to anyone.

From starting with no system to a great system like this, it is really is easy to see how much help it will be from now and into the future. There are many great features to use and can contact all or individual tenants as needed. It was an easy process to get set-up from start to finish and they are with you every step of the way. Even small questions were answered quickly but also explained so you have a better understanding of how the system works overall. Would recommend this if you are looking at a property management system.

Easy to implement if you have your data in an excel file. Great service and experienced help to get started. Once you are started and run into issues use the help guide, its got great information that is really useful. Such a useful system to track tenants and rent payments.

Had a few issues getting the payment side of things figured out, but do not worry they help you out and find a solution. Once the script had been built with their help of course, the rest of the implementation set-up went along smoothly with no more issues at all

Excellent. The system is set up to accommodate small to large companies and every type of usage that any company might need. Most importantly to me is the phone and email support that is not only quick BUT 99% friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra steps to help users

There is no way that the user can modify the reports. There is a charge to make any changes to the provided reports.

Overall, we are very happy with Rent Manager. The software has certainly enhanced and significantly improved our business and ongoing daily operations.

Rent Manager allows for customers to tweak the program and reporting for their needs. This level of flexibility is a big deal for customers who have their own methods and processes. The user interface is appealing to the eyes and is fairly easy to navigate.

Certain really useful features that we would like to see, and certain feature requests that we have submitted have never been implemented.

Overall, this software checks all of the boxes for efficiently managing ALL areas of property management. It allows you to easily handle tasks like leasing, renewals, maintenance, accounting, tenant communications, paying bills, and much more while also providing stellar customer support while you're learning the program and beyond.

This software is essential for our office's daily management of tenants, maintenance, and accounting functions. The integration with texting and phone calls makes working with tenants easy. The maintenance order system helps us communicate with vendors and get tenants the service they need in a timely manner. The accounting features are truly top notch and make keeping track of our client financials a breeze. Customer service at Rent Manager is always available and great at helping resolve any issues that arise.

The only issue we occasionally have is with server access freezing up; however, this has usually been able to be resolved quickly by calling tech support.

Overall, I love this product! It makes managing properties across 3 states so efficient! I love that we can customize this product to be even more beneficial to our company!

I don't like that I still have to use the desktop version for some items.

They were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Mitchell was very helpful and used great customer service skills. The wait time was long and it took multiple people to solve the issue.
