Rent Manager has been a great choice for our company for many, many years. We find the software exceptional at doing the job it was created to do.

The fact you can do everything from scheduling vendors, paying vendors, collecting rent payments to generating delinquency reports and owner statements with such ease is so nice when dealing with so many properties, owners, vendors and tenants daily.

The only thing I have experienced I do not like is that we cannot see the attachments to e-mails sent out to owners in their history.

Overall we are having a great experience using the software! We use it daily to support 5 separate companies all in one place!

We have figured out how to use it out of the box for our retail florist as well!
Very powerful software for both accounting and property management.
Excellent customer service and technical support both by phone or email.

A little slow implementing feature requests that are vital to our efficiency.

Rent Manager has been a great help to organizing all of our companies processes and accepting rent payments.

The way that I can specifically tailor the software for my needs. I can customize my desktop and customize all of my reports.

The interface is dated, and I have had some issues with figuring out how the data is connected to each other. For example, when I change a date or feature on one thing it's hard to see what will change.

I've had great experiences with Rent Manager so far. I'm still learning (a user of less than 1 year) but I find calling the support line is always helpful & everyone is very friendly.

I love the access to the videos & webinar courses on the Rent Manager University page. If I'm not finding what I need on the University, or through the F1 helpfile - I call the RM support. I ALWAYS speak to someone who is very helpful & we get the issue solved. I normally am calling for scripting help, so the scripting department is very helpful.

There is A LOT to learn about Rent Manager. So many rabbit holes to go down. This is due to the customization capabilities in Rent Manager, but at first, the system can seem daunting & not very user friendly. I suggest watching the Rent Manager University videos, then calling support for help.

The customer service is outstanding and they continue creating and improving functions and tools. its such a powerful product and it integrates with a handful of other things.

It has all the tools we need and most all work as well as we need. it gives residents, owners, and staff access for all the things they need to see and organizes everything well.

There is access through internet web browsers and it is already good but i would like it to be even better and have more functionality. that way i could do even more away from a desktop computer and on a tablet or even phone instead.

It was a good experience so far I am loving the new system rent manager is very easy and sufficient.

Great energy when speaking to customers. The company I work for just got bought out and there are so many new things we have to learn. Every time I call its always quick service.

I don't really have anything negative to say. Everything is always quick and rep that explains how to do things is always clear and have a great attitude.

The Make Ready Board is within the Service Issues, which isn't convenient for us.

I enjoy working with Rent Manager very much. I have worked with a lot of management software over the past 25 plus years and I find Rent Manager the most user friendly.

Overall, it’s a great system to have to monitor your rentals. The reports you can run are so much more in depth than most other rental systems. The ease of setting up automatic tasks is invaluable and time saving. I would highly recommend this system.

This system is a must-have if you are looking to manage your properties in the most effective and efficient way. You can automate the system to take care of the weekly/monthly/daily tasks so you hardy have to spend your time on them. There are a ton of resources that help you learn and find answers, plus, customer support is always ready to help.

It takes a bit to learn the system since it’s so all-encompassing. However, once you learn it, you’ll see that it’ll help you maximize your properties to the max

Payment processors... need more options for larger rent payments.

I highly recommend it. There's also a Facebook help page that helps you when you need it. It's easy to keep everything in one spot.

Easy to use, all inclusive, remote sign in, keeps track of important documents. Printing reports is easy.

Can sometimes freeze and you have to call customer support to clear caches.

I have used QuickBooks in the past and this is actually easier to use. Everything and more at my fingertips.

We have been using Rent Manager for our property management company for over 17 years! They have always been super reliable, user friendly and easy to navigate! Their customer service is very helpful as well. Anytime we have a question, we just give them a call and there is always a friendly representative ready and willing to walk you through any question you might have. Overall we are very satisfied with Rent Manager!

Rent manager is an all-in-one real estate management software program that really makes our day-to-day management, much easier, organized, and effective. At one point I switched to a competitors software because it seemed like the add on services would be a real plus for me. After using the other system for about 4 months I found that could not do what Rent Manager was able to do. Rent Manager is excellent with customer support and has an abundant amount of capabilities and accessibilities in their product.

When purchasing additional training help the expiration date to use it should be longer.
