When I have had concerns of doing something I am not sure of 1 call to tech support and BOOM they walk me thru it in simple terms. They are fantastic
I have been a user from the old double disk days and boy have they grown

There is no feature in this program I dislike every step is so user friendly and the have a great tech support staff if you run into a snafu

I honestly cannot find anything I dislike about the Rent Manager

As a new user, figuring out how to operate Rent Manager was made easy with the help of the implementation process and the workers.

Rent Manager allows user to easily set up properties, units, and administrative accounts. There is also always the option to ask for help if there is any confusion on how to operate.

I would not say that there are any cons to using or trying our Rent Manager.

All in all, Rent Manager needs a lot of areas of improvement. They have a lot of support because a lot of items are not intuitive or clear

I think the best thing about Rent Manager is Team Purple and how quick they are in responding. Also recently, they rolled out the Prospect Dashboard that has really been a game changer. They have a lot of integrations which is helpful.The one good thing about Rent Manager is the VOIP and how it syndicates the calls - incoming and outgoing.

Rent Manager is by far one of the worst CRM I have used. RM12 and RMExpress does not have the same functionality. There is always a workaround needed. Always a glitch. The user interface is better in express than in 12 but Rent Manager really needs to look at other PMS like Entrata and see what they can take from them. I think I have submitted so many feature requests. Please read the feature requests and implement those quicker.

I've found the program easy to use, and there are plenty of places that you can access areas of information for using this program.

This program has absolutely made office life easier and with less stress than doing what our company had been doing. Everything is easy to locate and use.

At this point in time by using the program I haven't had anything bad that constitutes any cons yet with the program.

Rent manager is a great program. So many options for accessing the program - desktop, web browser, and app. Keeps a lot of information all in one program to keep great records.

So many great features all in one software. Tenant files, maintenance requests, accounting, asset tracking, and so much more. There are so many integrations and they are always adding more. The tenant portal is so easy to understand and the rmresident app is fantastic.

I don't like that sometimes the webpage times out and data is lost when it refreshes.

great software program. i have been in Property Management for over 30 years and I have worked with Appfolio, Yardi and this one is by far the best as long as the management company allows you access to all features according to your title.

It it windows based so you can work from home and it is so easy to navigate and if you make a mistake easy to correct and help is always a phone call away.

I've used other property software before and find that Rent Manager is the easiest to navigate. I like how easy it is to set up and for staff to use.

Rent Manager has easy navigation, great customer service, customizable, always improving, easy integrations.

Can lag sometimes when processing large amounts of data

I am a big fan of the product and so is the owner of the property management company I work for. The level of customer service they provide is second to none and what keeps us loyal to them.

Rent Manger has a great product and an even better customer service team. Rent Manager has everything I need to complete my day-to-day activities with ease and all in one place.

The only drawback to their software is you cannot work exclusively in one version of the program. I can't wait for them to get Rent Manager Express fully functional so I do not have to jump from it to the remote desktop version.

The initial training process was extremely easy. All my questions were thoroughly answered and investigated. Couldn't ask for a better trainer

My Rent Manager specialist was awesome. Her wealth of knowledge of rent manager was amazing. I would recommend her and rent manager to anyone.

Overall I had a good experience with Rent Manager and i plan to keep on using it for the foreseeable future.

I've been using Rent Manager for about three months now and I can say that the most thing i like about it is how user friendly it is, it did not take me a lot of time to learn the software and the implementation did a great job helping me understand it all.

During the past three months I have not really seen major cons in the system yet, I use it for tracking basic data and so far it is giving me what i need.

Very positive. The software covers a variety of management needs including accounting, reporting, and a lot more.

Very useful and relevant to the type of property we own.

Very good. Michael is extremely good at his job.

It is a lot and there is a lot to take in, just takes a good amount of practice.

Overall I absolutely love this software and I know I'm not even using it to its fullest capabilities. They keep updating and upgrading to ensure that they're changing with the times. Even with those changes, the basic items don't change, they're just making it better and offering more!

Super easy to use and navigate. They offer online tutorials and even guided tutorials. They have awesome integration applications. Customer Service has been AWESOME! I've used them for almost 15 years. WAY better than Yardi!

I do wish they would have more inventory tracking options.

Overall, I think that it is an easy to use software once you become acquainted with the software. There are many features that can be used to lessen the workload.

I like the fact that with this software, we can call the customer service line and they will point you in the right direction if you need assistance. They are very good with resolving any issues one might have.

The only con is sometimes if a permission is not given in the software, then, we have to figure out what that permission is and who needs to give it.

Always an anxious experience implementing new software, but it was pretty simple to navigate the software. I look forward to easing into full use of the platform in the future.

I'm definitely happy with Rent Manager I've used it for 5+ years so its my go to for property management.

It's easy to navigate and if you have questions, the support team is ALWAYS helpful. I've been in Property Management for going on 6 years and Rent Manager has always been my favorite system to use.

Sometimes it will log you on in the middle of something but that's pretty normal with technology.

Easy to learn and navigate for property managers. Integrated with tenant accounts, FCO collections & accounting.

Sometimes telephone numbers are not automatically updated to receive text. This should be automatically integrated when the prospect creates an account and applies.

Rent Manager is very user friendly and will warn you if the system thinks you are making a mistake.
We have now integrated our applications through rent manager and everything has been smooth sailing.
Customer support is always friendly and helpful as well.

I love that Rent Manager is easy to use and if you are having a hard time finding something, you can always use the command launch option. Rent Manager also makes it easy to track rents and contact tenants.

At this time i cannot think of anything I do not like. If i find something, i can usually contact customer support and they will show me how to do.

I highly recommend RMO. It is super easy to use and there are so many possibilities. Our associate that helped us during the implementation period was so nice and very helpful! I wish we had this implementation time longer!

Our associate that we worked with was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on things that he thought could assist us through the process. It is easy to navigate through the software and there is always so much to learn and endless possibilities that RMO can do.

The timeframe on getting other companies to integrate with us being a new company. I wish RMU was free/ included in the plan.

Missing a few features but I have requested these and hope the RM team will incorporate in future.

Overall we could not function as a company without this software. We have looked into many others and this one always outshines their competitors.

We love RM, we use it daily for everything from Residential to Commercial property management. Our favorite thing is being able to upload quickly into the software.

Not many cons of the software. The only thing would be it sometimes doesn't load as fast as it usually does.
