From starting with no system to a great system like this, it is really is easy to see how much help it will be from now and into the future. There are many great features to use and can contact all or individual tenants as needed. It was an easy process to get set-up from start to finish and they are with you every step of the way. Even small questions were answered quickly but also explained so you have a better understanding of how the system works overall. Would recommend this if you are looking at a property management system.

Easy to implement if you have your data in an excel file. Great service and experienced help to get started. Once you are started and run into issues use the help guide, its got great information that is really useful. Such a useful system to track tenants and rent payments.

Had a few issues getting the payment side of things figured out, but do not worry they help you out and find a solution. Once the script had been built with their help of course, the rest of the implementation set-up went along smoothly with no more issues at all

Excellent. The system is set up to accommodate small to large companies and every type of usage that any company might need. Most importantly to me is the phone and email support that is not only quick BUT 99% friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra steps to help users

The product is extremely robust - more than our office will use but only because of our unique spot in the RE industry

There is no way that the user can modify the reports. There is a charge to make any changes to the provided reports.

Overall, we are very happy with Rent Manager. The software has certainly enhanced and significantly improved our business and ongoing daily operations.

Rent Manager allows for customers to tweak the program and reporting for their needs. This level of flexibility is a big deal for customers who have their own methods and processes. The user interface is appealing to the eyes and is fairly easy to navigate.

Certain really useful features that we would like to see, and certain feature requests that we have submitted have never been implemented.

Overall, this software checks all of the boxes for efficiently managing ALL areas of property management. It allows you to easily handle tasks like leasing, renewals, maintenance, accounting, tenant communications, paying bills, and much more while also providing stellar customer support while you're learning the program and beyond.

This software is essential for our office's daily management of tenants, maintenance, and accounting functions. The integration with texting and phone calls makes working with tenants easy. The maintenance order system helps us communicate with vendors and get tenants the service they need in a timely manner. The accounting features are truly top notch and make keeping track of our client financials a breeze. Customer service at Rent Manager is always available and great at helping resolve any issues that arise.

The only issue we occasionally have is with server access freezing up; however, this has usually been able to be resolved quickly by calling tech support.

Overall, I love this product! It makes managing properties across 3 states so efficient! I love that we can customize this product to be even more beneficial to our company!

I don't like that I still have to use the desktop version for some items.

They were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Mitchell was very helpful and used great customer service skills. The wait time was long and it took multiple people to solve the issue.

Overall, everything has been great, Staff is wonderful. I would recommend this product to anyone who ask about property management software.

I love that everything is all in one place. I love that my maintenance software integrates into Rent Manager.

I wish that the uploading into the history was easier.

My overall experience with RM has been awesome due to our account manager Rae Burns who has helped me learn the system and all its features to assist me with my job task on a daily.

One of the main pros for me is that you can use Rent Manager for all aspects of your business.

I don't have any cons, sometimes we get logged off but not sure if it's our internet service.

Very good experience. The support person was very knowledgeable and helpful. This will make our turnover process much easier.

I was in need of detailed custom reports. The support person, Peter, was kind and patient in writing the scripts and making them work. He also took time to correct some issue happening in some other functions of my Dashboard tiles. I highly recommend the level of customer support provided by Rent Manager.

Can sometimes take a lot of effort to utilize all the features but this is a pro as well due it having such a huge variety of options to customize the charges etc.

Great experience from the sales person all the way to the upper management when having issues with text broadcasting. Step by step guidance and according to our specific needs addressed in a very organized way. I am looking forward to ongoing learning of the wonderful tools this program has to offer. Very happy!!

This program is the whole package. Nothing needed. A little of learning curve but with excellent implementation experts and organized teaching, it become fun and very rewarding. You will not believe the thing this software offers to both landlords/owners and residents/buyers/tenants. Whomever developed the program really had been in the business and applied the A to Z to make thing fast and easy. One month on and revenue and happiness to everyone did go up!! Thanks RM!!!

I loved everything. Implementation access to trainers could improve some. But once you get them with you, their patience and knowledge overtakes!!

I rely on Rent Manager to make my job easier and accurate. Printing statements are much easier too.

Anytime I have had to access Rent Manager Customer Support, it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is fast and quick to explain the steps needed to proceed.

I don't like the fact that there are times we can't access Rent Manager due to the fact that other users are online ahead of us. It can be a timely matter.

The Orange Support team is beyond great. They go out of their way to help with any inquiry. Jeannie Harp and Joanna Fiorini are particularly wonderful.
I have always been weary of contacting any support agent or team.

I always have a positive experience call Rent Manager support team. No matter what the issue is they are able to get it resolved.

I appreciated the customer support technician who was able to determine the issue with my custom report and quickly correct the issue.

The hold time was close to 15 minutes which I feel is too long.

My service rep was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the program and if he wasn't sure on something he would look into it and explain it during our next training session. Even though it can be overwhelming with how much goes into the program, they offer lots of individual training to go through what specifics you need to make your own property run as smoothly as possible.

You can track just about anything you will need for property management. From generating renewals to keeping track of violation around the community, this program is very well rounded.

The only con I can think of is that there is so much stuff you can do that is is kind of overwhelming.

We know that Rent Manager will grow with us as our company expands. Support professionals are courteous and efficient and always solve our issues quickly. This means less time lost doing the work we need to do to keep our tenants and owners happy!

Rent Manager has so many capabilities that we can use to grow our business. Customer support is prompt and professional.

More app integrations that mirror functionality in the system. Particularly in asset management.

In a word, great. It does all we ask and more. It replaced what we were using before, and we have never looked back.

I've been using this software since 2009. The software really works for us. I started using it for my mobile home park. Since I also was operating a small public water system, I had Rent Manager do the billing & accounting for it also. The software has everything we need plus more. I sold the mobile home park but still operate the water system. Now we are planning to amalgamate with two other small water systems. And both the other systems are in agreement that Rent Manger is easier to use and less expensive than what they are using. And adding two more systems with different billing schedules can be easily accommodated. Remember, the software is primarily for property rentals, and we are now using one of its "side features".

During Covid we have had times when we were unable to get customer support directly and they had to call back several hours later. That problem seems to now be resolved.

I would say that the program is designed to be user friendly and easy to operate. Has a lot features and options that can save you so much time and energy.

Would definitely suggest to anyone in management companies, especially people with multiple properties.

I definitely liked the features Rent Manager has to help me work more efficiently and spend less time on tasks that can be done automatically with Rent Manager’s automation features.

So far I am very happy with program. I am exploring all the new features and trying to get all the benefits of the program so I can have more time to spend with my family and friends.

From day one, Rent Manager has been easy for a person that had no experience in property management. Making a mistake and not being able to fix it is almost impossible.

RM is simple and easy to navigate. It literally did not take me long to know the software. I am able to teach others about its simplicity.

There really isn't anything that I don't like about Rent Manager.

It has been an overall a positive experience. It was simple to learn to use the program, which is always great.

There is no extra fluff, the program does what it is supposed to do. It has been easy to train employees on its use.

I wish that I could have more than one Accounts Receivable type set up. Id like to link some things to charge types.
