What is STRG?

STRG is a cloud-based object storage platform that offers an API fully compatible with S3, making it suitable for various applications, including backups, media, datasets, and tasks involving AI. Developers can seamlessly connect using their existing S3-compatible SDKs and tools through regional endpoints situated in the United States and Europe, while teams are empowered to manage their buckets and objects via the service. The pricing structure integrates costs for egress and S3 API requests into the overall storage fees. Furthermore, the STRG MCP Server facilitates interaction for compatible AI agents, ensuring that access is controlled by permissions. Users also enjoy the advantages of the integrated STRG Assistant, which supports them in planning integrations, creating buckets, configuring access keys, and managing storage through an intuitive chat interface. Billing for the paid storage is conducted on a monthly basis, calculated per terabyte, providing clarity and predictability regarding expenses. In essence, STRG serves as a comprehensive solution that addresses a broad spectrum of storage requirements across multiple sectors, making it an invaluable resource for organizations looking to streamline their data management processes.

What is Filebase?

By providing a user-friendly web console dashboard, Filebase simplifies the process of utilizing IPFS and decentralized storage, allowing users to easily drag and drop their files onto Web3. Additionally, it features an S3-compatible API that facilitates seamless integration into existing workflows and configurations. The service also includes a geo-redundant IPFS pinning feature, which ensures that files are pinned across multiple geographic locations, with all uploads automatically receiving threefold replication through the Filebase infrastructure. This design guarantees that your data remains accessible and protected globally, providing peace of mind for users. Furthermore, Filebase's commitment to redundancy and performance makes it a reliable choice for those looking to leverage the advantages of decentralized storage solutions.

Pricing Information

$20/month for IPFS Storage
Filebase is a free-to-use platform for all users.

All users can store up to 5GB of data, with a maximum of 1,000 individual files, on the IPFS network with no credit card required.

Filebase offers 3 tiers of paid subscription plans: Starter, Pro, and Business.

These subscription tiers are for the IPFS network and do not include storage on the Sia network.

For creating buckets and storing data on the Sia network, the Sia Decentralized Storage Plan is required. There is no free tier for using the Sia network.

If you DO have a paid IPFS subscription, you will be billed at $0.0059 per GB for both data storage and bandwidth for any data stored in a Sia bucket. No storage or bandwidth is included, and everything is billed by the GB.

If you DO NOT have a paid IPFS subscription, Sia usage is billed at a base monthly subscription of $5.99, which includes the first 1 TB of data storage and bandwidth. Storage and bandwidth over the first 1 TB are billed at $0.0059 per GB for both data storage and bandwidth.
