What is SURE Aerial?

nFrames SURE software presents a robust solution for dense image surface reconstruction, specifically designed for entities engaged in mapping, surveying, geo-information, and research activities. This innovative software is proficient in producing precise point clouds, Digital Surface Models (DSMs), True Orthophotos, and textured meshes from images of various dimensions, including small, medium, and large formats. It is exceptionally useful for a wide array of applications, such as national mapping projects, monitoring tasks that employ both manned aircraft and UAVs, as well as cadaster, infrastructure planning, and 3D modeling. SURE Aerial is tailored for aerial image datasets sourced from large frame nadir cameras, oblique cameras, and hybrid systems that incorporate additional LiDAR sensors. The software adeptly manages images at any resolution, enabling the creation of 3D meshes, True Orthophotos, point clouds, and DSMs on standard workstation hardware or within clustered computing environments. Notably, it boasts a user-friendly interface, straightforward setup processes, and adherence to industry standards for mapping, which enhances its compatibility with technologies that facilitate web streaming. Its flexibility guarantees that it caters to the varied requirements of multiple projects while ensuring dependable results, thereby solidifying its role as an essential tool in modern geospatial workflows.

What is PhotoMesh?

PhotoMesh is a flexible photogrammetry software that converts aerial, drone, and ground-based images, videos, and LiDAR data into georeferenced 2D and 3D geospatial outputs. The application produces a range of deliverables, such as textured 3D meshes, Gaussian splatting models, point clouds, true orthophotos, and digital surface and terrain models. It features capabilities like aerotriangulation, ground control points, quality reporting, and alignment with existing 3D datasets or LiDAR, which is essential for conducting repeated surveys, detecting changes, mapping, engineering infrastructure, and inspecting assets. With the ability to handle large volumes of images, PhotoMesh can distribute project workloads across several fuser machines or utilize cloud resources, significantly boosting processing efficiency. The software accommodates various image formats, including RGB, multispectral, and thermal imagery. Outputs generated by PhotoMesh, such as 3DML, 3D Tiles, I3S/SLPK, LAS, and GeoTIFF, are perfectly suited for GIS applications and 3D visualization. Furthermore, the integration of REST APIs allows for automated production workflows and effective project queue management. While primarily designed for Windows, it also provides Linux support for fuser installations and includes a dedicated managed service for cloud processing, ensuring users have multiple options to meet their photogrammetry requirements. This versatility and range of features make PhotoMesh an indispensable asset for professionals in numerous fields aiming to elevate their geospatial analysis capabilities, ultimately driving better decision-making and project outcomes.
