What is SignOps?

SignOps is a cloud-based API designed for developers who want to integrate push messaging and sign-in functionalities into both web and mobile applications. It provides the capability to connect devices to existing user IDs, send push notifications to users or designated topics across various platforms including Android, iOS, and web, as well as schedule messages, employ templates, and monitor delivery statistics. Furthermore, the service supports phone-based login verifications that encompass number matching and biometric validation, facilitates passkey sign-ins on a client’s domain, and offers TOTP authenticator codes along with backup solutions, while also accommodating email one-time passwords. The integration process with current backends and identity providers is made straightforward through the use of REST endpoints, server SDKs, mobile and web SDKs, a collaborative team dashboard, and signed webhooks. Tailored specifically for developers and teams aiming to build applications with robust notification systems, passwordless authentication, or improved sign-in security protocols, SignOps combines an array of features to enhance user engagement. Ultimately, SignOps seeks to simplify the user experience while reinforcing the security measures of applications, ensuring that users can navigate seamlessly and safely.

The platform comes equipped with strong management features for customers, employees, and partners, including built-in onboarding and workflow management capabilities. Users have the option to use the provided directory or to integrate their own LDAP or Active Directory through an agent for more efficient access. Asgardeo also accommodates a diverse range of two-factor authentication methods, such as Email OTP, SMS OTP, and TOTP, allowing for a tailored approach to meet user preferences.
