What is Scopable?

Scopable is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform tailored to provide quoting and assessment solutions specifically for managed service providers (MSPs). It effortlessly integrates with a variety of systems that MSPs commonly use, such as ConnectWise, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Microsoft 365, Azure, Pax8, Ingram Micro, and IT Glue, while also gathering real-time client data that encompasses endpoints, configurations, security status, and details related to 365 tenants. By leveraging this data, Scopable performs automated assessments to evaluate each client's environment, pinpointing security and compliance weaknesses, and generating a prioritized technology roadmap that includes cost estimates. This strategic roadmap feeds into a quoting engine that crafts margin-protected proposals aligned with the MSP's pricing framework, incorporating automated labor and hardware estimates that are adaptable as project scopes change. Clients can access these proposals through a dedicated portal where they can easily provide e-signatures, while the proposals sync back to the PSA for efficient management. Moreover, the platform incorporates natural-language processing to handle client queries, preserves CRM records, monitors governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and enhances workflow automation.
