Active or synthetic transaction monitoring (STM) replicates the actions of real users engaging with cloud services and infrastructure, including platforms like Office 365. User experience monitoring is conducted around the clock, ensuring constant oversight. The system does not require complex scripting, streamlining the process significantly. App performance can be observed through various methods, including Web UI, client interactions, and API transactions. Comprehensive performance data regarding the entire network path is provided for better correlation and identification of outages.
