The offerings are fine-tuned to guarantee consistency across diverse sales channels and can rapidly adjust to any changes. Aesthetically pleasing products ensure a strong presence across all digital platforms. Skilled creators produce detailed and high-quality digital assets specifically designed for your products. This intuitive cloud-based platform seamlessly connects with your website, boosting its overall functionality. User interaction data is aggregated, providing valuable insights into customer behaviors and emerging market trends. The products are authentically displayed, ready for immersive 3D and augmented reality experiences. Businesses that implement visual configuration tools witness marked improvements in their sales closure rates, lower costs in creating design files, reduced rework during production, and diminished expenses for sample inventory in retail environments. Furthermore, this cutting-edge strategy not only optimizes operational workflows but also enhances customer interaction and overall satisfaction. Ultimately, embracing these solutions positions organizations for sustained growth in a competitive landscape.

What is Gears?

A Feature-based Product Line Engineering (PLE) Factory operates much like a conventional manufacturing plant, yet its emphasis is on digital resources instead of physical goods. In establishing this factory, your organization curates an extensive "superset" supply chain comprising digital assets that are available for use across a broad spectrum of products. These digital assets encompass every feature option in the product portfolio. Each product's chosen features are specified in the Bill-of-Features, after which a product asset instance is created with the help of the Gears product configurator. The PLE Factory, powered by Gears, evolves into an automated system that efficiently assembles and configures the shared digital assets based on the selected features for each variant, all with the simple press of a button. By leveraging BigLever’s Gears, your organization gains access to a cohesive set of PLE principles and frameworks, enhancing the effectiveness of your tools and assets, which ultimately streamlines engineering workflows throughout the complete product lifecycle. This seamless integration not only boosts operational efficiency but also encourages greater innovation in product development, paving the way for a more agile and responsive market approach.
