Furthermore, categorization is possible by Department Code and Class Level, as determined by administrators, enabling precise accounting classifications to be associated with each record. Users can easily access and review past entries, while the Management Console offers a detailed overview of the reporting status for every user. The system differentiates between billable and non-billable hours, and it also provides tools for expense reporting and reimbursement.
