What is ToolBox?

ToolBox's Folding macro has been designed by specialists with significant expertise in brake presses. Our methodology takes into account several elements, including the longest fold length, the quantity of folds, the weight and size of the item, and the staff needed to handle the piece, all of which affect setup time. The tool outputs essential metrics such as cycle time, setup time, and pricing. To facilitate the process, we provide two adjustable parameters that condense these elements into percentage modifications. Altering the setup override percentage will either extend or reduce the setup time required for bending tasks; this setup time is a one-off fee regardless of how many bends are made. As a result, an increase in the number of parts that need bending allows the setup time to be spread across more items, resulting in a higher cost per piece for smaller batches while lowering the cost per item for larger orders. After a drawing is uploaded via our 3D module, ToolBox accurately determines the necessary layers for folding lines, inputs the respective fold lengths and quantities, and creates a flat DXF file ready for production. This efficient workflow not only boosts productivity but also guarantees precision in folding processes, ultimately leading to higher quality outcomes for our clients.

What is QuotedPart?

Who it is for: owners and estimators at small and mid-size CNC machining, sheet metal and fabrication job shops who quote from customer drawings every day and want to try software without a sales process. What it does: QuotedPart is an AI quoting agent. When an RFQ arrives in the shop's connected Gmail or Outlook inbox (a read-only connection), by forwarded email, through the shop's website RFQ page or by drag and drop, it opens the attachments, measures STEP and IGES models in the browser, reads PDF drawings and DXF flat patterns, proposes a routing on the shop's machines (milling, turning, Swiss and Davenport screw machines, laser, waterjet, press brake, finishing, outside services) and works out cost, margin and lead time for each quantity. QuotedPart's own STEP + PDF to a priced quote takes under 20 seconds. Each RFQ becomes a priced draft quote; a person at the shop checks it and sends it. How the price is built: from the shop's own rates, material costs, markup and editable setup and run formulas. Each operation shows the formula and the part values behind its minutes, so an estimator can see and change anything before the quote goes out. What the buyer gets: a branded online quote to accept with a purchase order, a PDF, or the shop's own Excel template filled in. Systems: direct send to JobBOSS², an export for on-premise JobBOSS, and CSV/Excel files for other ERPs and accounting tools. Public API and an official MCP server (MCP Registry: io.github.Helios-One-Oy/quotedpart). Security: an optional ITAR vault with in-browser AES-256 encryption; drawing reading runs on Anthropic's Claude API, which does not train on customer data. Cost: $399 per month per shop; the first 20 shops pay $199 per month and keep that price. Any number of users, 14-day free trial, no card, no setup fee, no contract.
