What is SankeyJourney?

SankeyJourney is an advanced online tool designed for analyzing customer journeys, which can be integrated into applications or websites. Users have the ability to upload CSV files filled with event data, allowing them to quickly create a Sankey Diagram or flow chart in just moments. The platform provides extensive customization features that enable users to modify the number of steps, apply filters and group events, concentrate on session levels, and personalize labels and colors, while also allowing them to highlight specific paths through interactive clicks on nodes and segments. Additionally, the "event-looping" capability helps remove redundancies in the journey, facilitating the discovery of new patterns and insights.
