What is Dots?

Dots brings global payouts, payee onboarding, tax operations, risk checks, and recipient support into one system. It is designed for marketplaces, staffing and gig platforms, creator businesses, affiliate networks, and AI data-labeling companies that pay large groups of non-employees. Teams can start a payout in the dashboard, upload batches by CSV, send a claim link, or automate the process through an API. Payees choose from eligible bank, wallet, card, mobile money, gift card, or stablecoin options across 190+ countries and 300+ rails. Dots collects identity and payout information, screens recipients, manages W-9 and W-8BEN forms, supports 1099 filing, and tracks each transfer through completion. Finance and operations teams can review payouts, returns, fees, ledger activity, and reconciliation without stitching together separate tools. Dots has moved $2bn+ to 1m+ payees and is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
