What is Vector Studio?

Vector Studio is a desktop application in development by Tenzen Studio that focuses on vector illustration and design. Targeted towards illustrators and designers, it aids in producing artwork, logos, and layouts. The current development version includes tools like Pen and Pencil, editable Bézier paths, a variety of shape tools, gradients, layers, clipping masks, and an outline view. Its user-friendly interface is designed to resemble the tools and keyboard shortcuts commonly found in well-known applications such as Illustrator. Tenzen has stated that the application aims to smoothly work with AI, SVG, and PDF files, facilitating the effortless transfer of artwork to and from Photon Studio. The existing build allows for saving SVG files and exporting them into formats including SVGZ, PNG, JPEG, WebP, and TIFF. Upcoming versions are planned for desktop operating systems like macOS, Windows, and Linux. Although it is not yet released to the general public, the expected launch price is $59 for a single purchase, along with an $89 Creators Suite option that promises additional features at the time of release. This innovative tool seeks to provide creatives with a versatile and efficient design environment, enhancing their workflow and creative possibilities. As the development progresses, it is anticipated to redefine how artists interact with vector design technology.
